What's OnAttractions at the show
With a variety of traders & exhibitors at the show, we offer a range of garden, agricultural, food & drink, vintage machinery & creative craft stands with a full programme of rural related family entertainment in our Main Arena plus poultry, livestock & even more animals to see to celebrate country living.
Expert advisory & training groups are on hand for talks & demos on a wide variety of countryside, farming & smallholding issues. The Small Farm Training Group will be doing a series of talks over the weekend & the timetable for these talks can be found on their page. In the Robins Animal Building & Young Farmers Barn you will be able to find two expert Smallholder groups who are also on hand for advice & information about their passion for smallholding. A little hint for the animal lovers, these building are where you will find all the animals!
If you’re feeling peckish or want to wet your whistle, food is available next to the Main Arena & also in our new Food Hall which can be found in the Queen’s Jubilee Building alongside plenty of creative craft stalls. Sit down & relax with something to eat for lunch or buy some quality foods from a number of local producers to take home & enjoy.
The Lurcher & Companion Dog Show returns this year for you to enjoy. You are more than welcome to enter your own dog in any number of classes in the Companion Dog Show. Please visit the dog show’s page to find out how to enter & also to see photos from last year’s successful dog show!
Feel free to take your time, relax & enjoy exploring the showground. No one is in a rush here! There are a wide range of exhibitors, crafts, vintage machinery, amusements & more around the show & hopefully something for all to enjoy. If you’re feeling a little tired, or fancy a different way of exploring, hop onto the horse drawn wagon ride which will help you to discover what’s on around the showground.
